Yogabox Tech is a small, independent software company in Chennai, India. We build and run our own products — the code, the support inbox, and the roadmap.

Workflow rules for Linear. Enforce required fields, block invalid transitions, and keep a record of every enforcement.
Linear will not stop an issue moving to Done with no estimate, no owner, and no link to a project. So half the issues in a finished cycle are missing the fields the cycle report is built from, and the velocity number that comes out of it is guesswork.
- Require an estimate, an owner or a label before an issue can reach Done
- Revert the change and explain it on the issue when a rule is broken
- Keep an audit record of every enforcement, admin-gated by design
Small on purpose
We are a small team with a narrow focus and no outside funding. We take on problems we can solve properly rather than broadly.
Having no investors to answer to is the point rather than a limitation. It means we can build for the people who use the software instead of for a growth curve.
How we work
We ship, then we stay.
Every product we launch is one we intend to run for years. We do not launch things we are not prepared to support.
Your data is yours.
We store the minimum a product needs to work, we say plainly what that is, and we delete it when you leave. How we handle security.
Who you are dealing with
I started Yogabox Tech to build the kind of software I kept wanting at work and could not buy: small, specific tools that do one job properly and stay out of the way.
We are deliberately small, and we plan to stay that way. If you use something we built and it breaks, the mail reaches me.
